SARP Area Agency on Aging and AARP AL will present 7-week Zoom series on resources from Area Agency in Aging and State of Alabama
The South Alabama Regional Planning Committee/Area Agency on Aging and AARP Alabama are collaborating on a 7-week zoom workshop series highlighting resources provided by local Area Agencies in Aging and the State of Alabama. The series will take place on Thursdays at 11AM beginning on March 18th.
The following topics will be presented (all at 11AM):
March 18: Alabama Cares Program
March 25: Aging and Disabilities Resource Center
April 1: SHIP Program and Senior RX Program
April 8: Ombudsman Program
April 15: Area Agencies on Aging
April 22: Medicaid Waiver and Personal Choice Programs
April 29: Legal Affairs

Brenton C. McWilliams
Brenton C. McWilliams is an attorney serving clients in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Foley and Daphne. Mr. McWilliams also serves clients throughout Baldwin County, Mobile County and the rest of the State of Alabama. Prior to opening his firm in Orange Beach, Mr. McWilliams was a partner in one of Tuscaloosa, Alabama’s oldest law firms concentrating in real estate, estate planning, probate and business needs. Mr. McWilliams has previously served as the city attorney for a local municipality and was appointed as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Alabama. Mr. McWilliams is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of Alabama, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
